Our company
ACRES is a leading greenhouse horticulture company specialising in the cultivation of tomatoes and cucumbers. We were formed through the merger of three family businesses and two joint cultivation companies within Prominent, which have joined forces. Together, we’ve grown into a forward-driven team with a shared ambition to keep improving and moving the sector ahead.

Our family history
ACRES was formed in December 2024 through a merger between three Westland family businesses and the joint cultivation companies of Prominent. However, our rich family history began much earlier.
Over all those years, these families have dedicated themselves wholeheartedly to growing top-quality Westland vegetables. The merger was a logical step to further grow and continue to operate at the top of the sector in the future.
Our strength? The combination of craftsmanship with a passion for high-tech cultivation and the motivation to continuously improve. And we are now passing on this knowledge and dedication to the next generation.
